The ballrooms at InterContinental Bucharest are already famous and offer not only a spectacular ambiance but also a memorable view of the city center.

Fortuna Ballroom offers event organizers modern equipment, sophisticated arrangements and a spectacular panoramic view of the city. It can accommodate 180 people at maximum capacity, in a theater arrangement, but can be divided into 2 rooms - Fortuna West and Fortuna East. For large events, Fortuna is perfect, thanks to the amenities - modern audio-video equipment, two built-in screens, natural light and a generous foyer for coffee and lunch breaks.

If your event requires a note of elegance and has many guests, Ronda Ballroom will prove to be the right choice. This room is the largest at InterContinental Bucharest and generously hosts up to 600 guests in the event of a conference or 250 in the event of a party. In addition to the standard facilities required for a corporate event, Ronda also has 5 built-in translation booths, as well as perfect visibility and acoustics.

The last ballroom room is Rapsodia - elegant, with a regal atmosphere and baroque details, it is the perfect room for festive dinners, receptions, and banquets with 50 to 250 guests.

The office rooms, such as the Coralle Room, the Belvedere Office Room, the Menuet Office Room, and the Melodia Office Room are perfect for meetings with 10-30 participants, and many of them have a spectacular view of the city. You can also choose from the range of conference rooms, perfect for slightly larger events. The options offered by InterContinental Bucharest allow you to customize each event without effort. From the 5 event rooms with outdoor terraces, Opera stands out through the terrace with spectacular views to the University Square. Located on the 2nd floor of the hotel, Opera can host press conferences, presentations, and meetings with up to 70 guests.

 

The Operetta Room is perfect for private or corporate events, with a maximum of 30 guests, arranged in a theater-style. You can also choose a room with amazing views over the city, from the 21st floor, such as the Hora Room, or the Simfonia Room, suitable for a festive meal, exhibition, conference or gala seminar.

For training, workshops, seminars or presentations with 20-30 guests, we recommend the Concerto or Bolero rooms.
